Facility Description

Apartment house in the centre of Davos Platz, map no D2, next to: bus stop, railway, cable car (Jakobshorn), cross country skiing, shops, post office, roads for walks, children ski school, restaurants, bakery, play garden for children. In the house: elevator. Driving Directions: From Zurich, you drive on motorway A13, direction Chur. After 1 hour you leave the motorway at the exit 14 “Landquart/Davos”. After 3/4 hours you arrive Davos Dorf. Go along the main road "Promenade" about 3 km until the Rätia shopping centre in Davos Platz on the left side no 40. Then turn half left into “Bahnhofstrasse”. After 150 meters you will find the house on the right-hand side at Bahnhofstrasse 2a.

Top moderne, neue und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattete Wohnung an genialer Lage. Bus, Bahn, Läden, Restaurant,... in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann das Auto getrost in der Garage lassen. Sehr grosszügiger Grundriss mit riesiger Garderobe für Sportferien perfekt. Top Küche. Sonniger, gut nutzbarer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.

Super schöne Wohnung an toller Lage unmittelbar neben dem Coop und dem tollen Kaffee Klatsch. Die überhöhen und grossen Räume bieten eine tolle Atmosphäre. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
