Apartment house in the centre of Davos Platz, map no C3, next to: bus stop, railway, cable car (Jakobshorn 500m), cross country skiing 500m, shops, post office, roads for walks, children ski school, restaurants. In the house: washing room, ski room, elevator. Behind the house you have a nice children’s playground. Driving Directions: From Zurich, you drive on motorway N13, direction Chur. After 1 hour you leave the motorway at the exit Landquart/Davos. After 3/4 hours you arrive Davos Dorf. Go along the main road "Promenade" ca 3 km until the Rätia shopping centre in Davos Platz on the left - house no 40. After you turn half-left in the "Bahnhofstrasse" about 200 m. On the right you have restaurant "La Caretta". Turn right under the restaurant, keep right under the train in the "Bolgenstrasse". Keep the small road on the right, Hofstrasse. You will find the house „Neuhof“ on the left no. 9.
